it is crucial that you are there 20 minutes before your time.
you may supplement your oral with an electronic presentation if you so desire.  but, make sure it is not a repetition of info that is already in the document, but new material which complements your project.  if not focus on honing your oratory skills which you will undertake to articulate your narrative.  goodluck.

urban dictionary pre_presentations

a request has been made for an urban_dictionary extension.
this is to be granted within the following format:

tuesday 6 may will be a 'green light' presentation, where you present all your material as if it was finished, with a fair amount of work still to be completed.

however, one has to be able to see that you will be able to finish the work within the week that follow. this means you need to set priorities and work on the primary body of work that will then be enriched with secondary material. you will get a 'green, orange or red light' as evaluation of your work.

green: go ahead, proceed with completion, quality and quantity of work are acceptable
orange: potentially in danger, but with a lot of effort you can complete the task, quality or quantity of work borderline
red: in danger, it is not impossible but will be challenging to complete the task, quality and quantity of work borderline and/ or unacceptable.

tuesday 13 may final hand in + presentation.

we will have invited guests to evaluate your work on both dates.

remember that the end of the semester date can NOT + will NOT move.
any extension granted simply adds more pressure towards the end of the course.
personal time management at this stage is critical.
